After numerous attempts with other techs, PETE showed up. I showed him the video of what my furnace was doing and he figured it right out. He was AMAZING. he got my part ordered came back the next day and installed it. He was a joy to work with. Very knowledgeable and didn't mind Me hovering because I like to learn all this new stuff and what my furnace is capable of. He explained everything to me. Such great tech a guy.

My Technician Scott was very knowledgeable and proficient at his diagnosis & repair. THANKS Scott!!! ☹️Unfortunately, Becht/Givens had to return to the ‘scene of the crime’. But they were prompt and helpful in getting Phillip out and I BELIEVE that the problem has been resolved. Phillip was quite patient with me and explained what was going on. Good job!! Quite pleased!!!

Scott came by my mom's and worked hard twice he did everything he could figured out the problem and got her heat working again was very impressed by his professionalism highly recommend him in the future if I could give him 10 stars I would

Excellent service! Phillip came by at the exact time the appointment was scheduled for, worked quickly, sourced the parts, and fixed the problem all within the appointment time frame, and was very polite! I would definitely recommend this company for future use!
