I would strongly encourage others to consider going elsewhere.
I invested a significant amount of money to have multiple areas of my face treated, and I was repeatedly reassured that because of how much I spent, we would continue working until I was happy with the results. Unfortunately, we never even came close to that point.
I saw virtually no results in my lips at all, and the work done to my temples and under-eye area never reached a satisfactory outcome either.
Looking back, I believe the problems started from the beginning. When I made my initial appointment, I clearly stated that I preferred the New Albany office. Despite that, they scheduled me for Louisville on a day the New Albany office was closed — and never informed me of the change. I arrived for my appointment only to find the office closed.
That should have been the first red flag. Unfortunately, I overlooked it, continued spending a substantial amount of money with this business, and ultimately did not receive the results I paid for or was promised.
If you choose to do business with this place I wish you the best of luck you sure will need it!

Resived: stating from owner we could get this problem resolved but then adter a couple phone calls i now feel I'm jumping through hoops now🤦♀️
At first few visits I was very pleased with the procedure i had done to my lips. And lip flips were wasteful for me. But at my last visit I feel I just through my money away. I had a small issue with my top lip (a small lump)and I was advised to come in to have it looked at. My normally esthetician was no longer there. I went in to have it looked at an after everything I paid for I was told i was going to have a dissolve solution injected. I was concerned over a small bump on my top lip. I was absolutely devastated after spending a good amount of money to get my lips done and then to have a dissolvent injected. I was right back where I started- I had no top lip an let alone lumpy uneven lips an the esthetician I was seeing took great care of me; she gave me my lips back. But then bam I lost my lushish full lips from having a dissolveable injected to dissolve the small lump but my entire lip was dissolved. I spent too much $*** to have no lips and it took me courage to even start going to have procedures done. An all i wanted was to have full lips. I had a couple visits before this incident and I still feel let down. I lost confidence, money an the lady who was doing my injection was a favorite of mine, i felt comfortable with her and i felt she understood me(I don't like change an she was my 1st an only esthetician I'veever seen). So at this last appt over the lump I was with someone different at this point (with the lump issue) plus a man who wasn't an esthetician observing which made me feel totally uncomfortable. I waited a while debating on whether to write this review. I just wanted full lips and not waste money. And now I'm terrified of ever having any procedure done.
Im just at a loss!!
Goodluck to anyone considering having any procedures done.

The staff is so lovely! Very warm and welcoming! The office is so pretty and clean. The staff, I can’t say enough good things about. They don’t try to push anything on you, they listen to your wants and needs and they are very professional. Book your appointment today! This place is absolutely amazing!! I went got a full lip filler with Brooke. She was so kind and understanding. I had a my lips done previously at another place and had experienced some pain and was very nervous about getting it done again. I explained everything to Brooke and she very understanding with my concerns. She put the numbing cream on and left it on for longer then normal!! I felt hardly nothing, knowing some injection spots it's unavoidable. After I viewed the Facebook page and website I was very nervous about going some place that sucj beautiful women work, I struggle with confidence and I was frankly intimidated. Well, I was completely wrong! I was treated very well and made to feel very comfortable. I felt no judgement and was made to feel so welcome. The atmosphere was amazing. If anyone reads this and struggles with feeling they don't fit in at a place like this, you are wrong!! I will share about my experience to anyone who listens!! The service was amazing and I absolutely love my lips!! I will definitely be returning for more things in the future!! Brooke is amazing!

I seen Alexis at the New Albany location and she was the absolute best! I had some cosmetic injections before that didn't go well at another med spa so I was hesitant to try again but really wanted some volume added. She was so patient with all my questions and very reassuring that we would accomplish my want. She delivered! Thank you Alexis, I'll be back to see you again soon!
