Was searching for a company to do a new system and several people in the neighborhood recommended them. The office called to tell us that the owner would be there in five minutes to evaluate and provide a quote. He never showed nor bothered to call. That was two days ago and we still haven’t heard from BJs. My parents used them this past winter for a new install and the unit is extremely noisy, so I guess it was for the best even if it was poor business practice.

Very professional, courteous and respectful from the phone call to the finish! Their expertise is exceptional and fast. We needed a repair to our AC asap and had called late evening. 14 hours later we were good! Very efficient!

We've been with BJ Heating and Cooling for 25 years and have always had prompt, efficient service. The technicians are courteous and friendly, as well as professional. They've installed both new A/C and furnace systems for us. Barry Nichols, the owner, makes sure you're taken care of and sometimes make house calls himself😉, which is rare in businesses today. You can't go wrong with them so give them a call--you won't regret it.
They have affordable maintenance plans for your regular cleaning services and make sure your systems run smoothly and properly. They schedule these for your convenience, on your calendar, not theirs.
The office staff is great and go the extra mile as well. They're always willing to help in many way they can. The whole company works together seamlessly.

Second time using BJ Heating and again, a happy customer. Scheduling person was very nice to speak with. They were able to fit me in next day and the service technician was thorough in explaining everything to me in regard to my HVAC.
