I am well satisfied from the time I started dealing with elite heating and air 3 years ago. Each interaction via phone or in person has been professional and knowledgeable. Having a busy life, they make it easy to keep up with scheduled maintenance as needed and work around my schedule. Each tech sent has been very professional and pleasant. Conner was our latest tech and listened to my concerns and answered all questions without leading me to purchase unnecessary items. Looking forward to working with this company for a long time.

The heat went out on 1/13 and when I got home that evening I called Elite to schedule an appointment. I was expecting to have to wait for at least several days, but they were at my house by 8:00am on 1/14 and installed a brand new heater within a couple of hours at a very good price!! The service technicians and the installers were very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Elite Heating & Air!!!

STAY AWAY. This company sent a technician last week to “service” their equipment that I just bought a year ago for a rental property. Before the tech left he asked me if I wanted to renew their yearly service . I told him no I wasn’t interested and I felt a weird vibe from him afterwards. We were having a great conversation beforehand so I was surprised. A day later my thermostat isn’t working properly and it says “needs serviced”. Imagine my shock. Not to mention it’s the middle of the summer 95 degrees and my a/c isnt blowing as cool as it was just the day before I had it “serviced”. When I called over the weekend to get it fixed some call center rep picked up and sent it to their local guy. Their local guy called back 30mins later and you guessed it he wasn’t at my house but at a bar. He told me it would cost me $200 just to show up plus whatever the repair costs were and I’d have to pay it on the spot. $200 is their yearly service fee for 2 service appointments. This guy sounded completely disengaged and like he couldn’t care less. What great customer service. I’ve decided to end my relationship with this company at this point. I won’t continue to get squeezed. It’s a known fact among contractors that hvac companies are rampant with fraud. I did not expect this from them. It’s better to get your own parts and do your own repairs . If you need a local company with integrity and fair prices I recommend Maeser .
UPDATE: the service technician that came to my house to service my a/c unit disconnected the unit (picture attached). Rather this was an oversight or not (which i don’t believe it was. This was gross incompetence especially considering how much they were going to charge me to come back out and work on it and I’m sure they would have “found” other issues too.
UPDATE 2: they replied to this saying they care about customer service and it’s the most important thing to them blah blah blah but when this happened I called them and they were completely disinterested in making this right or taking care of the customer so I’m not buying it. They had the chance to do the right thing and they didn’t and also didn’t care about customer experience.

I was thoroughly pleased and grateful for the service I received from Elite Heating and Air. I scheduled a heating tune up. During the tune up Technician Travis, discovered and addressed an issue that was impacting the efficiency of my heater. It was also affecting the heat within my house. Travis quickly detected and corrected the issue. Travis was very courteous and explained everything to me clearly. He was truly a blessing. I highly recommend Elite Heating and Air.
