First time taking our dog here to be groomed. Carly, our groomer, was fantastic to work with. She took amazing care of our dog and explained the whole process in a caring manner. Our dog looked so great when we picked her up! Definitely recommend anyone needing a groomer to talk with Carly. She truly cares for your pet! :)

Makenzi does amazing work, she made sure my dog was comfortable with her before I left. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure there was clear understanding of what was included and would be happening. She was very efficient with time and services. My dog looks fabulous and even whined when we left to go back to her! Highly recommend her, she is not only professional and talented, but she is also very kind and animals seem to sense that.

The people are friendly the store is large but this parking lot is odd and super busy. It makes me anxious parking there, pulling out there, having my kid or dog there. So many cars in such a small area. I have a 100+ mile daily commute in louisville and Indiana. This parking lot is really one of the most stressful. 😂

We usually go here to get a nail trim and my dog loves them. But today when I was checking out one of the employees said right in front of me, 'it's not that hard to trim your dogs nails' and the cashier said 'right'. So idk what the hell that was all about but I won't be back so thanks guys, appreciate it. We won't take him to the other feeders supply stores cause they act like they don't care about him. We thought you guys did. Wow.

I've been going here for a long time. Always have my dog food and worms for an adopted beardie....lol. Usually easy in, easy out. Traffic can get a little crazy in the parking lot. If you're from around here, you know what I'm talking about
