Hired to help with a basement finishing:
[*] Walls framed not allowing door install
[*] Walls built without base plate
[*] Doors framed out of plumb
[*] Ceiling slung at 3/4" slope over 10ft run
[*] Shower outlet out of center
[*] Shower shelf without slope for run off
[*] Painting out of sequence with other tasks
Charged far too much for the service rendered. Might consider contractor for simpler projects.
