I’ve been here a few times and it’s never blown me away. It’s more expensive than the others, which is fine if the end product matches the price tag. Which it does not. This was my last manicure. I had asked for artwork on the ringer finger, and I think my 8 yr old could’ve done better. Plus the painting was so sloppy especially around the edges. The polish was flooded into the cuticle area on several nails, especially the thumb and accent nail. The accent nail artwork is uneven. The red baseball stitching varies in thickness and some of the lines aren’t crisp.

This was my first time getting my nails professionally done and I let them know that. The guy who did my nails was very rude, would not explain things when I asked questions like what is involved in having the cuticles done etc. and left my nails looking nothing like the picture I showed him. He hurt me several times and when I left I was in tears over the appearance. I went back in and as soon as the lady at the desk saw my nails she had another tech make time to thin them and try to fix them. (They looked like globs of gum stuck on my nails, thick and sloppy). She did her best and made them look acceptable. I didn’t notice until on vacation the next day while in the sun that the toe polish was off… half of 2 nails weren’t even painted and the outline glowed a different color than the rest. People definitely noticed and commented. I will never go back nor do I recommend.

Odd experience here. Popped over after work, around 3:45; salon was empty so nail tech started on me immediately. Throughout my appt, lots of customers showed up and the space became busy. By the time my nails were close to being done, the manager was standing over my nail tech, impatiently waiting for her to finish my service so the next waiting customer could be helped (as she was a walk in and had been waiting a while). Moments after the tech finished me up, the manager was pulling out my chair for me. I felt extremely rushed.
On top of that, I was charged $69 (+ tip) for a dip mani which was higher than I’ve paid elsewhere. Two of the nails fell off within two weeks, and normally I can get at least 3 weeks out of a dip mani.
My nail tech seemingly did an okay job on my nails although the relatively simple design I asked for on my dip nails (stripes) didn’t really look like the inspo image at all.
Def won’t be returning and am bummed, as I rarely get my nails done so I was hoping for better service and longevity out of the set.

I’ve been coming to here for the past 6 months! I am pleased every time! My nails are the strongest they’ve ever been and also look the best they ever have. Tiger always exceeds my expectations and makes every appointment enjoyable and relaxing! He is so talented.

Got in very quickly for full set, and Minea did an amazing job with the nails and art. Left ready for the holiday season!! Highly recommend!!
Still highly recommend! Added next design, looks amazing, have received many compliments! Also great quality the nails and designs last between fills.
