Almost every morning these days, the place is not open during posted hours.
6 hours later still trying to drop off laundry, now there is a sign on door saying “back in 15 minutes” I’ll bet they are not back I. 15 minutes!!! Who owns this place now??

A big thumbs down. My mother used this dry cleaners for years before moving . Then I started using it 4 years ago when I moved back to the area.The staff use to be terrific, the prices reasonable and the cleaning was always great. I have my alternative down cleaned frequently due to pets. But the last 3 visits were awful. An older heavy set lady and younger heavy set girl, have got to be the worst customer service I've ever had. You would think it was painful for them to smile and say thank you. Then, out of the blue they asked me to sign a damage release form incase they mess up my comforter, on top of the price going up unannounced. I'm sorry, I send my things there so they can take care of them. If they can't honor that, can't provide good customer service and then want to charge me more for their service with the understanding they might tear it up.... I will find a dry cleaners that will provide those things. I'm sick over this. I really enjoyed going there. But I'm sure I'll find another great place to go that will be happy to have my business.

This place has gone downhill I have been taking my jeans there to be dry cleaned for a couple of years now . They have changed ownership. I picked up my jeans and they had been laundry, not dry cleaned and they were shrunk. I cannot even fit them anymore. When I called to let them know what happened. They told me that it was not their issue and that I needed to call the plant where they send the clothes to get cleaned the lady gave me a number that did not work and when I tried to call back to find out if I have the right number, she was very rude. I then went to the dry cleaners and the sign on the door says they close at 5:45 and it was only 5 o’clock wow will not be taking any more of my stuff to this cleaners also, I will be making sure that I call the news to let them know how they have ruined several people clothes, obviously and really don’t care.

Went there for the first time, with a suit. Very friendly staff, reasonable fair pricing and great turn around time!

This is by far the absolute best cleaners that I have been to. I took a suit that had multiple stains that I didn’t even could be lifted, but they absolutely were able to completely remove them, I was shocked. The pricing is very fair and the ladies who work at the front are very nice. I highly recommend that you use this cleaners! Nothing but great things to say about them.
