Autumn was great! This was my first appointment and she explained everything thoroughly and made me comfortable with my choices. I was a bit intimidated walking in but everything from start to finish went great and I’ll definitely go back based on the way I was treated alone.
Before I decided on this spa, I searched around a few places. The prices here are comparative to the other places around. The specials they run are a much better deal than others I’ve seen, especially when you compare the number of units and other deals being offered.
Another thing I really liked was the straightforward communication. My questions were answered easily and straightforward through messenger, I wasn’t bombarded with texts and phone calls. The portal is user friendly and efficient. I was able to buy the sale pricing, book my appointment and fill out all of my paperwork without ever having to make a phone call.

Just had my lashes done by Faith. She’s amazing and very talented. Highly recommend her for your lash needs! Honestly this entire salon is beyond talented. I would recommend them all!

My brows look so natural, even, and it did not take long at all! The salon is by appointment only, there was not a group of people waiting, which I believe helps with any “salon intimidation” of a waiting room full of people. Mary was very down to earth, easy to talk to, professional, drama-free and caring. It was apparent that she cared about my brows even more than I did! Angie at the front counter was respectful and attentive to my needs we a client in office and my scheduling needs. I look forward to my next appointment for my brows but also a facial with Natalie and learning more about the services they offer at Perfect 10. I would like to recommend this salon to anyone that may be looking for these services or to try something new! A great place to be. Thank you!

Mary Grinestaff was simply wonderful. She explained every move she made on my eyebrows. I felt so secure in what she was doing because she calmed my fears. The spa is extremely clean and comfortable. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Autumn is an absolute gem! I came to her with pictures of how I would like my natural lips enhanced and she completely without a doubt NAILED IT!! We had a great consultation, and during the process she walked me through what she was doing and asked multiple times my opinion on the progress she was making. There was constant communication to make sure we both were on the same page the whole time, which completely reassured me that this was going to be a success and it 110% was!!! I have had multiple compliments on the shape of my lips and one of them happen to be from another injector at a different med-spa lol
