    Sent two emails complaining of the issue - no response to either. It seems like they just don’t care about the customer service. Sticky goo backing left on my windshield on the customized tinting. Interior of car smelled of oil and there was oil residue on steering wheel and gear shift.

    They called and explained that my car didn’t need a major repair and that the service they did was covered by the warranty. They were very responsive on making the appointment and assigning me a technician I could call.

    I took my vehicle in on a Thursday for a recall fix, my car was running fine. 2017 Tucson. Pretty new , right?? Called me Thursday afternoon. Car was finished. Picked it up drove it home, drove it again Saturday and didn’t think it was going to make it back home, took back to them Monday morning and I need a catalytic converter, expressing nothing they did. I will never go there again and will always know that my car wasn’t doing anything like it is now before I took it to them on a simple recall fix.

    Poor we had one free oil change left in are bundle package they had us make any appointment to get it change and when we get there to do it they said oh your last oil change as expired they didn't change the oil they should have sent something in the mail saying something about it expiring but they didn't
