The food taste like it was warmed up in a microwave. I had chicken avocado tacos and the chicken strips appeared to be the strips you buy in the frozen section of a store and they were extremely hard, dry, and chewy. Either they were left over from the day before and reheated or they were frozen strips that were very over cooked in the microwave. My fiancé had the potato skins and again, they tasted like they had been reheated. The restaurant appeared dirty and rundown. Waited a long time for a refill on my sprite. Just overall not a good experience.

The sirloin steaks and grill vegetables were fantastic along with the side dishes. I would recommend this restaurant to any one. The waiters were extremely friendly.

Our waitress was very friendly - no complaints there! - but all 4 people in my party, myself included, had issues with our food and/or drinks.
1. Margaritas ordered with salt had no salt & none of them tasted as if they had any tequila whatsoever.
2. It took about half an hour for our food to arrive.
3. Three of the 4 meals were not prepared as ordered. Nothing "fancy" or extra was requested; it was all straight off the menu. (Everyone's food DID look & taste good, it simply wasn't correct,)
4. The icing on the cake (or should that be "the sauce on the enchilada"?) was a rather large piece of clear plastic (thought at first to be glass, but turned out to be the clip portion of an ink pen) my Brother bit into because it was mixed in his food.
The Manager was very sincerely apologetic and comped my Brother's meal. She also had his drink re-made properly. That was definitely appreciated! However, with the number of issues we had, I still cannot say this was a positive dining experience and I would think twice about returning.

Dined in at the New Albany location for the first time tonight. I can easily say I prefer it over the Jeffersonville location, though that one isn't bad. This one is definitely more open and spacious. While places and people are getting more relaxed in general to covid protocols, it's nice to see places continue to stay vigilant. They did a great job with social distancing, masking, and sanitizing.
Our server was Kaitlin and she was awesome. Super sweet and attentive. We came on National Margarita Day, which also happened to be .99 cent Margarita Monday and she made sure our drinks were full.
I ordered the 6 oz sirloin with skillet grilled vegetables and fried corn. While the steak was slightly saltier than I preferred, everything was still amazing. My husband had the half rack of ribs, waffle fries, and fried corn. All was cooked to perfection.
Would definitely recommend and will be coming here again.

Today was my 1st visit but not the last 😋 I called in ahead and spoke with Misty who was warm, welcoming and told me about their specials. I thanked Misty and said we are on our way. 😁 The food is plentiful and Delicious 😋 The drinks are on point. You have to visit and say hello to Misty. ❤❤
