No receipt of work is sent after work is done. I have not once been given an invoice. Getting them to call you back to service your unit after you've already paid for it is nearly impossible. I used the number listed and left 2 different voice mails. (It's cheaper to pay for a fall and spring service at once than at each individual service.) I verified at payment on how to schedule upcoming apts but when I called in May to set up my spring/summer service, no return call. They said it was hassle free. I have paid for a unit that isn't even 6 years old, and it has broken twice even with these "service checks". First it was installation issues a year after install. Now our unit just won't turn on.

My first encounter with this company, . They were very professional, very knowledgeable, and did a vary great job , will call them again if I have any problems with my air conditioning.

VanKleef is very liable and it is easy to make a service call and they are always on time.

Power surge from last night's storm messed up our AC and it stopped blowing cold air. I called this morning at 7am and he was here at 1pm (as promised) and fixed it straight away. Super nice guy, explained what happened and what to do if we had another surge like that. Great price as well! Highly recommend, and will do business with again!

We had a great experience with VanKleef Heating and Air. Our AC unit stopped working and VanKleef was able to promptly come out and get the unit running properly. Both the lady in the office and the technician sent to our house were friendly and professional. The technician (John) explained everything he was doing, what he found, and our options to resolve the issue. We highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
