I have been coming here for 15+ years. The doctors are wonderful and really take the time to explain treatment to you and answer any questions you have. Dr. Wynn is who I see now. He really helped me out with some lower back pain I was having. I even referred my step dad who also sees Dr. Wynn.
Tim is also wonderful with physical therapy. He has many years of experience and makes therapy fun.
Everyone here is so nice. It’s not like walking into an office and being greeted like you are just another person walking in the door. It’s very friendly. They remember your name, make conversation.

These guys are great!! Dr. Wynn explained everything upfront and he was spot on throughout the entire process. When I started I couldn’t stand for more than a few minutes at a time. After several months of decompression therapy I am now pain free. And best of all - no surgery or medications. The entire staff is friendly and professional. If you are in pain - give them a shot.

Very professional and knowledgeable people throughout. Dr. Chris Wynn took me in when my regular chiropractor was on vacation and I had a serious episode with my spine.
He did fantastic job of listening, and thorough examination.
I’ve only had a few visits for adjustments and therapy but seeing huge difference in how I feel. My pain was excruciating the first day.
I have already scheduled visits for next week and expect full recovery thanks to Chris and his staff.
I highly recommend taking advantage of the services.

1st Choice should have been my first choice. I first went to Rasmussen Chiropractic but I didn't have a good experience with the doctor and didn't feel I was getting the care I needed.
When I came to 1St Choice Health and Wellness it was immediately obvious that the facility was more expansive and the doctors made me feel as they listened and really had an interest in my care and wellness.
My treatment plan is more developed and clear and their knowledge and willingness to help was a big relief.
The staff is very friendly and kind, both the front of house and back of house have been amazing. Always flexible with my schedule and any emergencies that pop up.
Dr. Guess and Dr. Tim have been considerate and knowledgeable. Thats why 1st Choice should have been my first choice.
