I have been coming here for years. It’s clean and close to home. The employees have always been amazing until this afternoon. I walked in at 630. I had 1 large load of dark close. I needed a 30 lb washer. The employee literally had half the washers closed, rugs up, telling me last load was at 830 but would not let me use one 30lb washer. Stating they had already been cleaned. I replied it’s 630. She refused to let me use them. Again I only had ONE basket. She had your business shut down two hours before last load “ at 830”. I asked her to call the manager. She said the manager didn’t answer. I understand her wanting out on time. 630 though. It’s ridiculous. If last load is 630 then just put a sign up saying 630 not 830.

My washer broke down and I went to Aunt Bea's. Friendly staff, place is well kept and good equipment. I'll be returning till my washer is repaired.

Clean and being cleaned regularly each time I've been there, Amy is friendly and there's very few out of order machines, which I greatly appreciate.

It's decent. I mean if you have a decent car you will have to go get it washed due to All the potholes in the parking lot after it rains just gets mud all over your car. They might have a deal cut out with the car wash down the road? Anyways, the staff was decent but their machines are old and it smells like a library in there. But I would say if you are hurting and can't afford your own washer and dryer. This is the place to go into Albany which you don't have any options. Anyway, God bless everybody and God bless America

The building is ok, machines are alright I guess. I only wash my bulky blankets and stuff that won't fit in my washer at home. The staff seem non existent tho. No one ever says hello, when they're mopping and cleaning they act as if you're not even there, never say excuse me or ask if I can move my stuff out of their way. They basically mop right over you.
