I HIGHLY recommend this company because they were my lifesaver when my furnace went out during one of the coldest day of the year so far. I called at least 7 or 8 companies and no one wanted to help until the next day
But when I called Crain Heating the owner Danny said if his technician can get his truck on the road since we also had a lot of snow this past weekend. Within 2 hours Jeremy was there to look at my furnace. I needed a new one so I told Jeremy I would like to get another estimate. Once he left I thought why would I even want to give any other company a chance when Crain Heating was there when I needed them the most. So called Danny the owner and the next day Jeremy and Chris was there at 9am and I had heat at 1:30
They did a great job and what a wonderful feeling to feel heat again when my house was 44 degrees Monday morning.

TL:DR They came right away, were so friendly and knowledgable, and fixed the issue same day.
My parents heating unit went out the weekend of the big snowstorm January 2026, which we didn't realize right away since they had gotten snowed in elsewhere. I went to check the house when the roads cleared and it was 46 degrees inside. Crain was able to make it out the same day, diagnose the issue (frozen pipes outside the house), fix the heater, and provide next steps and best solutions for preventing another freeze this week. I really appreciated the explanations for every question I had, and obviously the quick fix!

Danny was awesome! Diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes, had the warranted part out and installed the next day. All while dealing with the equipment being in a tight space.
Had the opportunity to nerd out and talk about ERVs, outdoor air fan control, and replacement thermostat options for nest (since Google thinks it’s a good business model to stop supporting their products within 5 years of deploying them).
Very happy with Crain and will continue to use them for all my future needs.

Chris and Jeremy came to service our unit and truly went above and beyond. They helped not only with the unit itself, but also with general warranty questions, and were incredibly kind throughout the whole process

All I can say is 10/10 Chris and Jermey took great care of us. Got a new furnace installed in a timely matter and house heated up in no time. Only pepole I would ever call if I had heating and air problems.
