On December 31, 2024, my wife and I stepped into what I can only describe as a masterclass in retail negligence. We waited—stood there, visible, breathing human beings—for a full three minutes without so much as a glance or acknowledgment from the employee on duty.
What were they doing instead? Providing stellar customer service? No. They were loudly bragging about their extracurricular illegal exploits, as if their complete lack of professionalism needed an encore. Three minutes was all it took to confirm what should now be obvious: this store, and its management, have utterly failed at the most basic tenet of retail—acknowledging a paying customer.
In an era where brick-and-mortar bookstores are dying faster than common courtesy, you would think management would instill a sense of urgency and respect for anyone walking through the door. Instead, what we found was indifference, incompetence, and a level of arrogance that guarantees this location’s demise. We exited after three minutes and will not be returning—ever.

I don't drink coffee, but after wandering the mall their iced tea is a lifesaver. The only downside is the service seems kind of slow. That said, it's part of our routine when we go to the mall to go here for a refresher and worth the wait.

I received a bag of veterans coffee at the VA today. I made a pot when I got home and that coffee taste great. thank you for looking out for the veterans. I am in Louisville Kentucky and I will cross the bridge to purchase coffee and items from your store to show support for all you do. thank you very much, that made my day.
