Called the emergency line on Sunday morning when we detected carbon monoxide. He arrived shorty after the call. After determining the issue was not the water heater he dug into the furnace. The issue was found to be a rust hole in the 23 year old Goodman heat exchanger. We left the system off that night. Since we already knew there was an existing slow freon leak and the system being way out of warranty we we opted to replace it all. New Albany was back first thing Monday morning with the new Amana HVAC. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. The cost was considerably less than competing quotes from commission based businesses earlier in the year. I have used New Albany Heating and air for over 25+ years and they have never let me down. I highly recommend them for service and installation but only if you want an honest and professional company.

Came out and gave me the diagnosis , the part needed had to be order kept very open communication along the way, came out got the repair done quickly and a very reasonable price. Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Much respect and appreciation!
