We have used Nu Yale for years, we specifically drop off in March and in July. I faithfully spend around 200 dollars each time.
Today I took my Mother and we went to pick up both of our dry cleanings. I picked up mine which consisted of 15 pieces and was almost 200. My mother had 3 shirts. The ladies which is working today July 3, 2024 at 5:00 - 5:15 need to be fired.
This women insulted my parents, insulted me multiple times and the young lady that worked with the older lady laughed about it.
The misplaced my fathers shirt, and we went 4 times to try and pick it up. The older lady lied about speaking to my father. Her exact words were “ A little old man picked up the phone” and I told her to have some respect, that was my father she was referring too.
Yes, I was frustrated when I went in, I was upset because the shirt that was lost was expensive.
I told her she should not charge my mother for that shirt and that is when she got very angry with me.
She told me my mother got confused even though my mother had the receipt showing pick up was today. She claimed I thought I was better than her because she is working behind the counter. I told her that she need to develop some manners. She asked me what I wanted from her and I said I wanted her to stop being rude ( in another word)
And she said that I came in being that so “ I get what I get lady”. I then said I’m not arguing with you anymore. And she then handed me my father’s shirt and I left. She claimed that she is thick with the manager and owner and that she will never be fired. So here is my reply.
Elderly abuse and slander, horrible customer service. There was other things said that are equal as bad, but this was the gist of it.
She was horrible. My dad is legally deaf and can’t hardly see. She called him a Little old man. If she doesn’t lose her job, I will personally be getting an attorney, because she was so hateful to me.

Awesome place! Had my daughters prom dress pressed there and it came back still wrinkled! The manager fixed it immediately and didn’t charge me! Then I received a card in the mail! So sweet! I love how they email you when your clothes are ready! Very good customer service! I will be back! Highly recommend them!

I took my $200.00 cream sports jacket to dry cleaned. They left green iron print on my collar. They reimbursed me $75.00. Even though, their charges for dry cleaning is high. Most definitely, I would not recommend to this business.
