Told me my puppy needed rabies vaccine when informed them they were too young to receive. I ensured to read on website in regard to requirements and was approved when booking appointment. Lady seemed impatient and overall was not happy with wasting my time.
She did a excellent job on my puppy. Destony took her time and gave me the cut I was asking for. I highly recommend Destony!
Let unexperienced groomers clip nails. Came here twice to get my dogs nails clipped and I've worked in groom.shops before. First time they walked away and almost let our dog hang her self and today let a trainee by her self cut her quik and blood was every where. I know it can happen sometimes but for 2 bad experiences both time we came is ridiculous.
Made an appointment via their web app for a groom, nail cut and teeth brushing. When I arrived, they told me I was only signed up for a bath and a brush. Perhaps I did select the wrong options on their website, it is possible, but I don’t think so, if I did, then it is because of a poor design on the website. I am fairly certain I chose options as above. no attempt was made to reconcile the mistake either mine or theirs I remember the cost for the appointment was $82 which validates that I made the right selections as a washer. Brush certainly wouldn’t cost that money likely will not go back and use their services.
